At A Touch of Omari, our design process takes into consideration that each client’s situation is different. While the goals are unique, there is still a method to our creative madness.

Collecting Information

Before we do any work, we need to know what are your requirements and needs. By finding out your concerns through observing, engaging and empathizing with your experiences and motivations, we can develop a solution for your particular design problem.

Research

Yes, research plays a significant part in your design. Among the things we consider are market trends, the competition, design specifications and the scope of the opportunity. Depending on the time constraints, this part allows us to gather ideas to establish what features and elements will help solve your particular situation.

Building a Plan

Called the ideation stage, we begin generating ideas. After defining the design problems, we start to think outside the box and start looking at alternate ways to address your situation. We create the essential steps to help you accomplish your objectives by investigating and testing with you.

Production

Now it’s time where we use our creativity. Also called the prototype stage, we create a series of scaled-down versions of your design or specific features so we can investigate the design solutions we planned during the ideation stage. It is also what we consider the most exciting stage of the process.

Presentation

As the final stage, the results generated during the testing phase are often used to redefine one or more problems and inform the understanding of the solution. Even at this phase, we make alterations and refinements to derive as deep an understanding of the product and the client.
